Hi everyone! I hope and pray that you are all doing well. Be encouraged: The Lord has your back. he will never let the righteous fall.
A word that comes to mind is the story of when Peter walked on the water towards Jesus. There was a tremendous storm surrounding him on all sides, but as long as He kept his focus on Jesus, we was able to walk on the water. But as soon as he turned and focues on the storms..the wind and the waves swirling around, he began to sink. He then asked the Lord to save him, and Jesus reached out his hand and brought him out of the water.
The encouraging word here. If you are going through a storm, focus on Jesus. He is greater than the storm. He has your back. He will not let you fall. Keep your eyes focuesed on Him. And when you find yourself eying the storm you are gong through and feel yourself starting to sink, ask Jesus for His hand to bring you up. He will raise you up so you can walk over the stormy waters, and rise above the storm. He never promised a journey with no turbulence..but He did promise a safe landing. :)
News wise, I have a video collaboration in the works with a videographer named Joe, who lives in Memphis. He also writes songs, and we are in the process of collaborating with my friend Laura to make a Christian music video. Excited about it for sure..haven't done anything like this before. Other than that, I'm going to be recording another hymns album soon and praying to the Lord for the next step in this journey. I would like to start collabing with other artists in the future, and would like to reach more people who are in need of peace and hope.
